I have found facial exercises very beneficial. I have used the dermal tone, and it worked very well. It firmed and tightened my sagging jaw line. Also, it firmed my cheek areas and along the sides of the mouth. The forehead is more toned and wrinkles appear slightly less visible and under the eyes area looks less puffy. And the neck area has toned nicely. The machine cost about 160 dollars. It applies a physical therapy method of using a very small electrical impulse to make the face muscles move, thus exercising them. Like with any exercise, it tones the muscles, creating a true facelift.
There are manual methods that can be used to create the same result, in which you tense the muscles yourself...there are books on the subject. Tensing too hard creates more wrinkles though.
