My friend gave me this beauty tips about Epsom Salt a couple of months ago and I love them. Epsom Salt is mineral compound (Magnesium Sulfate) that absorbs quckly through the skin and can be used to improve your beauty. USES and RECEPIES: 1) To exfoliate skin: Mix two cups of Epsom Salt and 1/4 cup of petroleum jelly. Add four drops of lavender essential oil (or any other essential oil that you like) to give a good aroma. Apply the mixture to your skin and gently scrub. You can also rub Epsom Salt into your body after taking a shower to exfoliate old skin cells. 2) For a facial: Mix 1/2 teaspoon of Epsom Salt into a deep cleansing cream. Massage the mixture onto your skin. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water. 3) To help with your pedicure: Soften your feet by soaking them in a bathtub with warm/hot water and Epsom Salt for 20 + minutes. The salt helps to smoothen, relax and refresh your feet.
Ingredients:
Epsom Salt and essential oils.
Results (observed by submitter):
It really worked for me as a skin exfoliator. I also like a lot to mix the salts in a bath tub and add a couple of drops of eucaliptus essential oil to relax.
